New teachers, new friends, new shoes, new notebooks and sometimes, a new school. The prospect of going back to school can be overwhelming and exciting for our children.
This is a different feeling for those children in East Africa who won't get the chance to go to school. Who will look after the siblings? Who will fetch the water? How will I pay for my school fees, my uniform, my shoes, my notebooks? All these questions will enter an African child's head even as young as primary one. We do not like the thought of a child having such grown up thoughts at such an early age, but there can be a solution; child sponsorship.
We are asking you for a little help! At Fields of Life we believe that an education is the key to giving any child in the world hope for a brighter future. The children of East Africa need our continued support. Our idea is to ask you, the sponsor to find a friend, relative or work colleague to sponsor a child with us? We have over 40,000 children attending Fields of Life schools...
Help us achieve our goal of ensuring as many children as possible have access to an education. Download a flyer and direct debit form and pass it on to someone who might consider sponsoring a child. Thank you.
